No worries ? it's not out of battery. The device automatically shuts off after 10 minutes to prevent overuse and overheating ? it's a safety feature. Just press the power button to turn it back on and continue your massage.

The scraper edges feel too round.

The rounded, skin-friendly edges prevent bruising-a common issue with metal scrapers. For a deeper feel, apply firmer pressure and use the edge curve instead of the flat side.

Why doesn't it get hot? I barely feel any heat.

It takes 1-2 minutes to warm up. For faster heat, switch to level 3 (highest setting).Our upgraded range is 108°F-122°F. Please allw a few minutes,especially in cool rooms.
