Ziggy Cup 2 is the next-generation flat-fit menstrual disc. Reinforced, flexible petal-thin body is easy to insert and conforms to the shape of your body, so you can’t feel it at all. Ultimate confidence in any situation with a leak-proof double rim and ribbed tab to allow slip-free removal. Now comes in two sizes, A & B.

Size A is perfect if you have a low cervix, light to medium flow, or you want to get used to menstrual discs. Size B is designed to collect everything from light to heavier flow and fit people with a higher cervix.

Ziggy Cup 2 can be worn for up to 2 years, and it comes in recyclable carton packaging. We’ve added a silky pouch for easier and safer storage. By using this period disc, you’re minimizing your carbon footprint, saving money, and using one of the safest forms of period solution.

Use your thumb and forefinger to squeeze the sides of the rim together to form a figure eight.

Insert the back rim of the cup first (the side without the ribbed tab) and use your index finger to push the cup. Angle the cup back and slightly down so the rim moves behind your cervix.

Tuck the front rim (the side with the ribbed tab) behind your pelvic bone to correctly position the cup around your cervix to collect your flow.

Insert your finger and hook it by the ribbed tab for slip-free removal. Gently pull the cup out while keeping it horizontal to avoid spillage.
