How long is the sterilization cycle?
The Ginny has three sterilizing cycles. The Steam Cycle runs about 5 minutes. And there are two boils cycles - a 15 minute cycle and a 20 minute cycle. These are indicated on the front of the Ginny.
Does the Ginny Sterilizer come with any safety features?
Yes! If there isn’t enough water to run the whole cycle, the Ginny will automatically shut off its heat function (the red light will turn off to indicate this), but you will still hear the timer ticking until time runs out.
